These are indeed difficult times that we are living in. Perhaps now more than ever it is critical to understand stress and it’s negative effects while simultaneously developing the tools/skills to keep it from overtaking your life.
MBSR has been proven to be highly effective for managing stress, illness, and pain as well as minor (i.e., not major) depression and anxiety, thereby allowing you to live with greater ease.

There is some interest for an in-person program with appropriate COVID-19 protocols in place.
Having completed training with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies to administer mindfulness-based programs online, I am happy to offer a program via the Zoom platform if there is sufficient interest.
