The Graduate Program is an 4-week program for deepening or re-booting your mindfulness practice. This program emphasizes the practices of self-kindness and self-compassion, which start us on the path to becoming own best friend. Cultivating self-kindness and -compassion is necessary if we are to take care of ourselves in all of life’s ups and downs. It is also extremely helpful for building a sustainable mindfulness practice.
If you are new to meditation practice, it may be possible to register for this program as a pre-requisite for the MBCT and MBSR programs.

PROGRAM FEE
$200 (plus $10 GST) for 8 hrs class time, Home Practice Manual, & guided mindfulness meditation audio recordings.
Due to limited enrolment, a deposit of $100 will be required at registration to reserve your place in the program with the remaining program fees due prior to the Orientation Session.
