These are indeed difficult times that we are living in. Perhaps now more than ever it is critical to understand the affliction of depression and/or anxiety while simultaneously developing the tools/skills to keep them from overtaking your life.
The MBCT program has been proven to be highly effective for managing depression and anxiety, thereby allowing you to live with greater ease.

There is some interest for an in-person program with appropriate COVID-19 protocols in place.
Having completed training with the Centre for Mindfulness Studies to administer mindfulness-based programs online, I am happy to offer a program via the Zoom platform if there is sufficient interest.
