Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an intensive 8-week program for treating mood disorders. It is an evidence-based program that works by combining mindfulness practices (to bring non-judgmental attention to the present moment) with cognitive therapy (to bring awareness to our habitual negative thought patterns that lead to the downward spiral) to reduce depression, anxiety and stress.
If you are interested in registering for the program or would like more information about MBCT, please contact Janice by email (j.snyder@telus.net) or by phone (250-979-0018).
