These practices are for graduates of the MBCT and MBSR programs.
The intention is to support as many graduates as possible in their mindfulness practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Graduate practice will be held twice weekly by Zoom: Sunday afternoons (3:00 – 3:45 pm); and Thursday evenings (7:30 – 8:15 pm). All graduates are welcome to attend either or both practices.
