These practices are for graduates of the MBCT and MBSR programs.
The intention is to support as many graduates as possible in their mindfulness practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. Graduate practice will be held twice weekly by Zoom: Sunday afternoons (4:00 – 4:40 pm); and Thursday evenings (7:30 – 8:100 pm). All graduates are welcome to attend both practices.
We will re-assess graduate practice in terms of how and how often we meet as COVID-19 restrictions are eased.
