Monthly Mindfulness Group Practice

This practice is for graduates of the MBCT and MBSR programs.

Next practice will be on Wednesday, December 4th, 2019 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm.

Practice Details

Our 75 minutesformal practice* will continue to be followed by tea and conversation/sharing to foster community.

There are zafus and zabutons (cushions and larger mats) and chairs. Please bring a yoga mat with you. No guarantee that we will use them every week but we will use them.

There is no fee per say but participants will have the opportunity to offer dana to the teacher. Dana is a practice of generosity with the amount offered being entirely up to the individual based on personal circumstances, the benefit received from the monthly practice or simply  offering of wishes for the teacher’s well-being.

* Note: We will sit between 30 and 50 minutes with the actual time determined by who shows up. In any session, there will be at least 2 different formal (i.e., sitting meditation, mindful movement, walking meditation, body scan) practices .
